A small craft warning is still in effect, so we are
staying in Mill Creek again tonight...not too bad, sunny but windy.

So we spent the day threading 10 gauge wire for the solar
panels and replaced the bilge pump…we will make the old bilge a secondary pump in case the primary can’t keep up with the inflow of sea water. We played a couple of games of scrabble.
Early tomorrow morning we will head 15 miles south to
Deltaville where we will hide out until probably Tuesday or Wednesday when the
winds are more favourable, but not the skies.

In case you’re wondering about our gluten free diet on the
boat, all grocery stores have a gluten-free section and we do a lot of cooking on
the boat. The problem is when we eat out; most restaurants have a gluten free
menu (which is their menu with items scratched out that contain gluten) sometimes
very limiting. We are doing our best but the gluten-free meals at restaurants
are not always a sure thing...as we were forewarned by our trusty chiropractor of many years - would likely be the case.
Using Facetime, an app on the Ipad,we enjoyed visiting with some good friends...it felt like we were sitting in their living room.
