The search is over...the journey begins!

After a few trips South to look at boats, we focused on the Morgan 45CC. We found Tar Heel in Annapolis. It was owned by a nice couple that had sailed her to the Bahamas' for the previous 7 seasons; home port was Wilmington, NC. David, the previous owner, sailed it to Annapolis to sell her.

Oct. 18, 2012 we began the new owners of her; and today, Nov 1, 2012, my wife, Julie and I are driving to Annapolis to prepare her for transport to Toronto on Monday. Mast will come down and we will make sure everything is below the 13ft level so she can make it under the bridges on her way to Port Credit Marina where she will be splashed.
